General Remarks
AGROS NOVA Sp. z o.o. (Agros Nova) administers a Service
on the Internet web at the address www.agrosnova.pl,
provided to persons using the Service (Users). In order to fully secure
the rights of the
Users, Agros Nova kindly requests prospective Users
to acquaint themselves with the following information prior to using the
Service.
Service goals
The goal of the Service is to provide Users
with information about Agros Nova and its products.
The nature of the information is purely generalist.
Liability
Agros Nova shall not be liable for potential damage
to the Users or third parties resulting fro the
use of this Service. The Users or third parties
may use the Service and
information included
therein entirely at their own risk.
Agros Nova does not guarantee the information
included in the Service is up-to-date, precise, complete,
detailed or useful.. The information provided
in the Service, especially that concerning products
offered by Agros Nova, are not equivalent to
a commercial offer.
Agros Nova shall have the right to modify any
data included in the Service at any time, without being
required to pre-notify the Users.

All rights in this Website, including all graphic
elements and page layout, as well as any other
elements, are reserved. The Service
and all its elements are protected by Law, and
in particular by the Act on Copyright and Related
Rights dated 04.02.1994
(O.J. 00.80.904 with
subsequent changes), the Law on Fighting Unfair
Competition dated 16.04.1993 (O.J.03.153.1503
with subsequent changes), and Act
on Data Base Protection
dated 27.07.2001 (O.J. 01.128.1402).
The use of the Service is permitted only with
the scope of the so called permissible use by the User
(only for private, non-commercial
use, provided no rights warranted by law are
infringed upon, particularly copyrights, rights of trademark
registration, or protection rights on
trademarks). Using the Service in other ways
is only admissible in case an appropriate agreement is signed with
Agros
Nova,
or other authorised
party.
Trademarks
Agros Nova owns the exclusive rights
to the following trademarks: AGROS NOVA®, SONDA®, FORTUNA®, KAROTKA®,
MINERADO®, FRUTIMIL®, PYSIO®, GARDEN®, ŁOWICZ®,
TARCZYN®, KRAKUS®. The use if these trademarks
by Users without the previous signing of a written
agreement with Agros Nova will be an infringement
of the Law on Industrial Ownership Rights
dated 30.06.2000 (O.J.03.119.1117 with subsequent
changes) and the Law on Fighting Unfair Competition
dated 16.04.1993 (O.J.03.153.1503 with
subsequent changes). Agros Nova goods labelled
with the ® symbols mean that the sign in question
is a trademark registered
to Agros Nova in
a Polish Patent Office and is protected by law.
Private Data Protection
In order to secure protection and respect
for the Users' privacy, all personal data introduced
to the Service shall be protected
in conformity to the Personal Data Protection
Act dated 29.08.1997 (O.J.02.101.926).
Data processing
Within the scope of operating the Service
Agros Nova collects and processes the following
personal data from Users: - e-mail addresses sent to Agros Nova by Users,
which are placed on the so called Mailing List
and processed in order to provide information
about Agros Nova products and Agros Nova itself
- information concerning the use of the Service
by Users and their IP addresses based on the
access log analysis; this type of data is processed
by Agros nova for technical and statistical purposes
It is understood that the above described data
is provided on a voluntary basis, in line with
Art. 23 paragraph 1 point
1 of the
Personal Data Protection Act dated 29.08.1997
. Agros Nova Sp. z o.o. is not liable for untruthful
or incomplete information
provided by the
User.
Users, who use the service in order to send
their Job Applications are required to consent
to the processing of their personal
data, in conformity with the Personal Data
Protection Act dated 29.08.1997 (O.J. 02.101.926)
for recruitment purposes.
Scope of provision and use of data
Agros Nova does not sell, provide or lend processed
personal data, unless it be by consent of
the person in question, or if it is a requirement
of the existing law, or it is indispensable
for the fulfilment of legally justified goals.
Cookies
Agros Nova uses so called cookie files. Cookies
are a textual piece of information recorded
by the Agros Nova server on the computer
of the User, that the server can recognise
every time the user connects the website from that particular
computer.
Information from cookie files allows Agros
Nova
to monitor user traffic in the website
and their access to various pages of the
Service. The User can, at any time, switch
off the cookies receiving option on their browser. This
will not cause difficulties in using the
Service.
Right of Data Modification
Every user has the possibility of removing
their e-mail address from the mailing list
by filling and sending a form available
on the internet site, or else by writing
